Why an application with a low score was appointed as fraud?

There are several reasons for an order with a low score to be classified as suspicious by our algorithm. The e-mail used to purchase may be in the blacklist; the purchase may have been retained in some manually configured rule or the algorithm decided that even if the probability of the claim being fraudulent is relatively low, not worth risking an automatic approval.
