Configuring the Magento module

Magento is an open-code e-commerce platform that includes various features such as search engine optimization and countless plugins that can be used.

Using Magento with Konduto

To use the Magento with Konduto, you need to copy the code of our module,  available on Github for your server. 

This installation requires familiarity with the Magento framework, although it is much more flexible and for this reason you can define especific detalis on your integration that can make it exclusive for you.

Performing the installation through Magento Connect

If you choose to install the Konduto module through Magento Connect, use the instructions below as a guideline:

  • Log in to your Magento administrator;

  • You will see the Magento Dashboard;

  • Click on "System";

  • Click "Magento Connect" and then on "Magento Connect Manager";

  • Then login again using your "Username" and "Password"

  • Click on the tab "Extensions";

  • At the bottom of the page, click "Install Now";

  • Click "Get Extension Key" to get the URL of our module;

  • Copy the URL as shown in the image below:

  • Paste the URL into Magento's settings panel, as shown the following example:

  • Click "Install";

  • Click "Proceed" at the end of the Extension table dependencies;

  • The instalation process will be started:

  • Click "Commit Changes";

  • Click "Return to Admin" in the upper right corner of the page;

  • Click "System" again;

  • Click "Settings";

  • On the left side of the settings menu, click on "Anti-Fraud Settings";

  • In this phase, the following screen will pop up:

  • This is a common error in Magento. To fix it, just log in again in the Magento Admin;

  • Again on the dashboard, click "System";

  • Click "Settings";

  • Click "Anti-Fraud Settings";

  • In the enabled field, select "Yes", as shown in the example, to enable or disable Konduto:

  • In Environment, select "Test" If you only have the credentials of our Sandbox. If you already have credentials for the Production environment, select "Production";

  • For "Private Test Key", type in the Key received by email. The Test Key (Sandbox) starts with T. The Production Key starts with the letter P and has eleven characters;

  • In the field Private Test Key, type the Private Key received by email. 

The standard for identifying the keys according to the environment will be  same as described above: T for test and P for production. The Private Key has twenty-one characters;

  • In Analysis Mode, select "Automatic";

  • In Debug, select "No", as shown the following image:

  • Click "Save Config";

  • Click on "System" after saving your settings;

  • Click "Cache Management";

  • Click "Flush Magento Cache" so that the changes reflect to the end customer;

  • Once the process is completed, you will receive the message highlighted below:
