Introduction to Konduto

Before we begin our tutorial with the steps that need to be followed in order to fully integrate with us, it is important to explain how Konduto works.

When browsing your website, the customer performs searches, visualizes products, looks through product information, makes comparisons, among other things.  All of this buying behavior is client-specific and we use this information, such as the origin of the visit, data entry, and various other important details to create a unique pattern of monitoring that data.

At the moment the customer decides to proceed to checkout on your website, Konduto combines all this information together and consolidates it with the registration data, machine information, location, rules and other information to then provide you with a position on what action should be taken with that order.

All the information submitted to Konduto is used by our learning system to make an exclusive and unique fraud identification system for your store.

Our response is delivered in less than one second and you receive a recommendation on how to proceed: to authorize, Review or Decline the order.

Every action/decision taken by the seller, particularly in the "Review of Orders" page, teaches the system how it should proceed in the future.  If you disagree with a recommendation for approval, just flag the algorithm and it will understand what to do in future analyses.
