Login problems
- If you encounter any problems accessing the Portal, click on "Login Problems?"
- On the next screen, enter the e-mail address that you have registered with us.
It is the same email where you receive messages from the Konduto team:
- After entering your email address, click on "Create new password":
- You will receive an email on how to register a new password:
- Click on the link in your email:
- Set a new password and click on "Change password" to complete the process:
