Adding a contact to the Blacklist

• To add a contact to the Blacklist, you can add the buyer's email in a rule for blocking.
  To do this, in rules, click on "Add record":

• Type in the name you want to add:

• In the next field, determine a date to expire the block or leave it blank for the block to be permanent and click "Add":
